Each packing-list row is shown next to its mill label. Size, weights, run meters, and marks are checked for mismatches.
How the packing list vs labels check works
Built for steel import lots: mill packing lists against coil labels, so size, weights, and run meters are confirmed before cargo is marked.
Step 1
Upload the packing list
Excel or CSV with COIL NO., SIZE, N.W., G.W., LENGTH, and marks.
Step 2

Label Checker FAQ
What does the Label Checker do?
It compares a steel packing list with mill coil labels. Coils are matched by COIL NO. on the list and COIL ID on the PDF. Size, net weight, gross weight, run meters, and shipping marks are then checked for mismatches.
What files can I upload?
The packing list can be Excel (.xls, .xlsx) or CSV. Labels should be a PDF with selectable text. Image-only scans cannot be read yet.
Which values are compared?
COIL NO. is paired with COIL ID. Then SIZE, thickness, width, N.W., G.W., LENGTH (run meters), and shipping marks are compared field by field.
Are my files stored?
No. Files are read to run the comparison and are not stored.
What if a coil is missing a label?
Packing-list coils with no matching label, and labels whose COIL ID is not on the list, are listed separately so missing or extra labels are easy to spot.
